He’s worked for numerous global agencies, such as Edelman and Havas, and led some of the world’s multi-million-dollar B2C and B2B Fortune 500 accounts.

After building a successful Senior Art Director career in France, Baptiste was invited to transfer to Havas in Chicago in 2010, where they desperately needed someone with his cutting-edge digital expertise. Today, Baptiste continues to excel at harnessing the latest technology, such as Generative AI and Web3, to help deliver top-notch creativity on an accelerated timeline. He also takes the initiative to educate the agency-at-large about the latest digital and social trends.

  • Grew Bel’s portfolio by 600% in 3 years while leading and overseeing all earned and influencer creative work for Boursin, Babybel, and The Laughing Cow.

  • Launched “Bran Bod” OLV/influencer campaign for Kellogg’s Raisin Brand, featuring Jason Biggs, which led to 5.6M YouTube views, 9% view rate (more than double industry average), 1M engagement, and 5% increase in sales.
